The Motor Factory Online Test Bench
The online test bench of the motor factory employs an industrial control computer for centralized management. With a single wiring, all testing items can be completed efficiently, including power frequency withstand voltage, grounding resistance, motor speed, and no-load tests. This system boasts rapid testing speed, exceptional precision, user-friendliness, and outstanding reliability. It automatically analyzes and evaluates test results while providing comprehensive functions for generating, storing, and printing yearly, monthly, and daily reports. All parameters for the motor under test can be preset.
Key Features:
1. Test Items: DC resistance, insulation resistance, turn-to-turn test, withstand voltage test, no-load test, blocked rotor test
2. DC Resistance: Measures the resistance of the motor winding.
3. Insulation Resistance: Tests the insulation resistance between the phase wire and the casing.
4. Inter-Turn Test: Identifies inter-turn and inter-layer short circuits, poor insulation, and tolerance issues of the motor or transformer coil.
5. Withstand Voltage Test: Measures the withstand voltage leakage current between the stator winding and the casing. Features programmable control and computer-controlled voltage regulation.
6. No-Load Test: Measures the voltage, current, power, power factor, and frequency of the motor under no-load conditions (suitable for both single and three-phase).
7. Stall Rotor Test: Measures the voltage, current, power, power factor, and frequency under motor stall rotor conditions (instantaneous start), applicable to both single and three-phase motors.

Cold DC Resistance Test: Range of 0.01-20KΩ, divided into seven gears with automatic ambient temperature compensation. Accuracy: Grade 0.3
Insulation Resistance Test: Range of 1-500MΩ, 500VDC. Accuracy: Grade 5
Insulation Between Impact Turns: Range of 0-3000 (5000) VP, with a 1/200 turns adjacent turns short circuit alarm.
Withstand Voltage Test: Range of 0-3000VAC; Leakage current: Range of 0-20mA (100mA)
Power Frequency Withstand Voltage Test: Accuracy of Grade 3.0 with program-controlled withstand voltage and computer-controlled voltage regulation.
Locked-Rotor Test: Current range of 0-500A; Voltage range of 0-500V. Accuracy: Grade 0.5
