Motor Factory Online Test Bench
The motor factory's online test bench employs an industrial control computer for centralized management. It completes all testing items with a single wiring, integrating measurements such as power frequency withstand voltage, grounding resistance, motor speed, and no-load tests. It boasts rapid test speeds, high precision, user-friendliness, and exceptional reliability. The system automatically analyzes and judges test results while offering functionalities like statistical analysis, storage, and printing of annual, monthly, and daily reports. All the parameters of the motor under test can be preset for seamless testing.
Key Features:
1. Test Items: DC resistance, insulation resistance, turn-to-turn test, withstand voltage test, no-load test, blocked rotor test
2. DC Resistance: Evaluates the resistance of the motor winding resistance
3. Insulation Resistance: Measures the insulation resistance between the phase wire and the casing
4. Inter-Turn Test: Assesses inter-turn and inter-layer short circuits, poor insulation, and tolerance issues in motor or transformer coils
5. Withstand Voltage Test: Measures the withstand voltage leakage current between the stator winding and the casing, with programmable voltage control, potentially managed via computer
6. No-Load Test: Evaluates voltage, current, power, power factor, and frequency of the motor under no-load conditions (both single and three-phase)
7. Stall Rotor Test: Assesses voltage, current, power, power factor, and frequency during motor stall rotor (instantaneous start) conditions (single and three-phase)
