With just one wiring setup, it conducts a comprehensive range of tests, including power frequency withstand voltage, grounding resistance, motor speed, and no-load tests. It automatically analyzes and judges test results, providing robust statistical reports that can be stored and printed daily, monthly, or yearly. All motor parameters can be preset for efficient testing.
Key Features:
1. Test Items: DC resistance, insulation resistance, inter-turn test, withstand voltage test, no-load test, stalled rotor test
2. DC Resistance: Accurately measure the motor winding resistance.
3. Insulation Resistance: Test the insulation resistance between the phase wire and the motor shell.
4. Inter-turn Test: Assess inter-turn short circuits, insulation issues, and coil out-of-tolerances in motors or transformers.
5. Withstand Voltage Test: Measure the leakage current in the withstand voltage test between the stator winding and the shell, with program-controlled voltage regulation that can be managed by a computer.
6. No-load Test: Evaluate the voltage, current, power, power factor, and frequency of the motor under no-load conditions (compatible with both single and three-phase).
7. Stalled Rotor Test: Measure the voltage, current, power, power factor, and frequency during the motor's stalled rotor state (motor instantaneous start), applicable to both single and three-phase setups.
8. Power Supply: AC220V±15%, 50Hz±2 Hz (suitable for system operation).
9. Operating Environment: Ensures optimal functionality within 0~40 °C temperature range.

Cold DC Resistance Test: Range 0.01-20KΩ, divided into seven gears with automatic compensation for ambient temperature. Accuracy: 0.3 grade.
Insulation Resistance Test: Range 1-500MΩ, 500VDC. Accuracy: 5 levels.
Insulation Between Impact Turns: Range 0-3000 (5000) VP, adjacent turns short circuit alarm at 1/200 turns.
Power Frequency Withstand Voltage Test: Range 0-3000VAC; Leakage current: 0-20mA (100mA).
Power Frequency Withstand Voltage Test: Accuracy: 3.0, controlled by program with computer-managed voltage regulation.
Locked-Rotor Test: Current: 0-500A; Voltage: 0-500V. Accuracy: 0.5 grade.
No-load Test: Current: 0-500A; Voltage: 0-500V. Accuracy: 0.5 grade.
