The traction machine test system adopts a modular, integrated design, which is mainly composed of three parts: mechanical system, electrical system and upper computer software system.

Software system: The upper computer test software is divided into data acquisition communication module, data acquisition setting module, data real-time exchange control module, and data processing module according to the system. The host computer completes the functions of test control, data analysis and display, data recording and export according to the test items.

Test items: input current, voltage, power factor, electric power, output torque, speed, power, efficiency, temperature rise, vibration and noise, etc.

The traction machine test system is suitable for completing the whole performance test in the process of simulating the actual operation conditions of the traction machine→ that is, forward start upward → braking→ reverse start→ downward → braking.

The system mainly completes the test of torque, rotation speed and so on. And complete the data collection, storage, report, curve drawing and printing functions.

It is to complete the factory test and development performance test of the traction machine. The main test process is that when going up, the traction machine runs as a forward motor, while when going down, the traction machine runs as a generator in reverse.
