Solution configuration, functions, and schematic diagrams:
Scheme configuration: The comprehensive system is composed of an instrument control system and a user-provided pipeline system. The instrument control system includes a speed tester, a pressure head tester, a three-phase electrical parameter measuring instrument, an LWGY turbine flow sensor, pressure transmitters (inlet and outlet), pressure gauges, solenoid valves, a strong current cabinet, a system integration cabinet, and (manual) automatic test software.
Software Introduction:
Automatic testing of pump performance parameters, generating the original data table of the pump test report, pump performance curve charts, and a summary of test results. Performance curves include P-Q, H-Q, E-Q, and cavitation characteristic curves.
