Safety Comprehensive Measuring Instrument 

Comprehensive measuring instrument for safety regulations can be used for the whole motor quality inspection test and quality control. The system adopts industrial control machine for centralised control, one wiring can complete all the test items, and the test results are automatically analysed, judgement, statistics, storage, printing (the printer needs to be provided by the party). All parameters of the user can be preset for calling when testing.

Testing items: DC low resistance, insulation resistance, electrical strength (leakage current test), turn-to-turn impact test.
 
1.DC resistance: Measure the line resistance (UV, VW, UW) between the three-phase windings of the product.
2.Insulation resistance: Measure the insulation resistance between the main coil and the core of the product.
3.Electrical strength: Measure the leakage current of the leakage current between the main coil and the iron core.
4.Turn-to-turn impact: Measure the voltage withstand test between layers within the same coil .
5.Using power supply: AC220V±10%, 50Hz±2 Hz (system working power).
6.Using environment: working temperature 0-40 ℃
