Solution Configuration, Functions, and Schematic Diagrams:
Scheme Configuration: The comprehensive system is composed of an instrument control system and a pipeline system (provided by the user). The instrument control system integrates a speed tester, pressure head tester, three-phase electrical parameter measuring instrument, LWGY turbine flow sensor, pressure transmitter (inlet and outlet), pressure gauge, solenoid valve, strong current cabinet, system integration cabinet, and (manual) automatic test software.
Software Introduction:
The software automatically tests pump performance parameters, generates the original data table for the pump test report, pump performance curve chart, and summary of test results. The performance curve includes P-Q, H-Q, E-Q curves, and cavitation characteristic curves.
