1. Used for the temperature rise test, durability life test, and performance test of lawn mowers or similar vertical tools, applicable to various types of lawn mowers, similar vertical tools and motors (e.g. Bakelite 
milling).
2. Dynamometer table for aluminium alloy profile (heavy duty) structure, table surface steel plate, dynamometer for the vertical axis to reach up, and can be freely up and down displacement, with positioning locking device.
3. The mower is installed as a four-wheeled fixed electromagnetic suction cup device, can be slid on the table surface at will, with the up and down movement of the dynamometer positioning structure, easy to adjust the concentricity of the mower shaft and dynamometer shaft, and free to control the axial distance between the two axes, once adjusted to the concentricity of the suction cups automatically fix the mower in the table surface, the dynamometer is also locked at a high level.

4. The mower is mounted for the dynamometer hydraulic lift to achieve the optimum axial distance connection between the mower and the dynamometer. Low-speed automatic alignment concentricity, fast solenoid locking method to achieve simple, fast, automatic adjustment of the perfect installation. Improve installation efficiency and test accuracy.
5. The whole structure of the machine is easy to install, accurate, reduce the workload and labour force, high test accuracy characteristics.
6. The system has 10 different phases for users to set no load, load, or blocking, each phase time can be set to 0~6553.6s (need to be set through the durability software), the user can flexibly set the outer or inner cycle, and flexibly set the mode of operation (counting or timing) so as to meet the different durability test cycle beats.
7. Manual loading test can be carried out to adjust the load flexibly.
8. Motor temperature rise test, through the digital PID automatic adjustment, to achieve accurate constant torque, constant current, constant input power constant value loading, constant value once set automatically in 2~3 seconds to stabilise. Ensure the loading stability and no change during the test. No need for manual adjustment.
9. Fast step steady state loading method for motor characteristic test, steady state data acquisition, to overcome the motor inertia brought about by the M,n acquisition time difference, high efficiency, poor accuracy of the defects, the system can automatically draw the motor characteristic curve.
