On-line test system for motor safety regulations from factory
This product is mainly used for on-line quality inspection test and quality control of the whole machine. The system adopts industrial control machine for centralized control, one wiring can complete all the test items, and the test results are automatically analyzed, judged, statistics, storage, printing (printer provided by the demand side). All parameters of the user can be preset for calling when testing.
Test items:
DC resistance, RTD, ambient temperature and humidity, withstand voltage current, insulation resistance, no-load test, reverse potential test
Device startup: external control button box, software mouse click selection, code scanning startup
Measurement sequence of items: you can flexibly adjust and set the measurement sequence, measurement time and measurement items.
Alarm mode: sound and light alarm, three-color alarm light Yellow light - test in progress, green light - test pass, red light - test NG
Data storage mode: test data is saved in the local hard disk and transmitted to the server in real time, which can be queried at any time; the database adopts MYSQL5.0 or above database format, which is convenient for the server to query. Data can be exported to EXCEL format for managers to copy.
Report output mode: can be customized non-standard
Protection function: fuse, circuit breaker, software protection, emergency stop button
Other functions:
1, the number has a manual input, sweep code to choose three ways. (Sweep code support one-dimensional code / two-dimensional code scanning function); number field length needs to be limited, and automatic identification. And there must be with winding stator core piece number and stator core number to test (i.e. blank information can not be tested);
2,Number uniqueness: when the number is the same, the new data covers the old data; (when the number is the same, pop-up window to select or enter the reason for retesting: repair, retest verification, etc.)
