This comprehensive system integrates multiple measurements, including power frequency withstand voltage, grounding resistance, motor speed, and no-load tests. It boasts rapid test speeds, high precision, user-friendliness, and outstanding reliability. Additionally, it automatically analyzes and assesses the test outcomes. The system features robust data management capabilities, offering statistical analysis, storage, and printing of yearly, monthly, and daily reports. All motor parameters can be preset for streamlined testing.

Key Features:
1. Test Items: DC resistance, insulation resistance, turn-to-turn test, withstand voltage test, no-load test, blocked rotor test
2. DC Resistance: Measures motor winding resistance with high accuracy.
3. Insulation Resistance: Assesses insulation resistance between phase wire and housing to ensure safety and compliance.
4. Inter-turn Test: Detects inter-turn and inter-layer short circuits, poor insulation, and deviations in motor or transformer coils.
5. Withstand Voltage Test: Evaluates withstand voltage leakage current between stator winding and housing. Features programmable control and computer-regulated voltage adjustments.
6. No-Load Test: Measures voltage, current, power, power factor, and frequency of the motor under no-load conditions for both single and three-phase systems.
7. Stall Rotor Test: Assesses voltage, current, power, power factor, and frequency during motor stall conditions, applicable to both single and three-phase systems.
8. Power Supply: Operates on AC220V±15%, 50Hz±2 Hz system power supply.
9. Operating Environment: Designed to function optimally within a temperature range of 0~40°C.
10. Working Humidity: Capable of operating efficiently in environments with humidity levels up to 70%.
11. Comprehensive Testing: All tests can be completed with the initial wiring setup.
12. Automated Processes: All testing processes are governed by a microcomputer for precision and ease of use.

Test Items and Accuracy Levels:
Cold DC Resistance Test: 0.01-20KΩ, with seven selectable ranges (automatic ambient temperature compensation). Accuracy: 0.3 grade.
Insulation Resistance Test: 1-500MΩ, 500VDC with an accuracy level of 5.
Insulation Between Impact Turns: 0-3000 (5000) VP, with a 1/200 turns adjacent turns short circuit alarm feature.
Leakage Current: Ranges from 0-3000VAC; Leakage current ranges from 0-20mA (100mA).
Power Frequency Withstand Voltage Test: Accuracy level of 3.0, featuring program-controlled and computer-regulated voltage adjustments.
Locked-Rotor Test: Current range of 0-500A; Voltage range of 0-500V with an accuracy level of 0.5.
No-Load Test: Current range of 0-500A; Voltage range of 0-500V with an accuracy level of 0.5.
