The low-speed and high-torque electric dynamometer is an advanced dynamic simulation test equipment for power loading (or reverse dragging) based on the speed and torque control technology of four-quadrant AC asynchronous motor, which is widely used in the test bench of the whole vehicle and parts. The low-speed and high-torque electric dynamometer equipment has excellent loading performance, which can meet the loading dynamometer test of low-speed and high-torque and high-speed and high-power of the test piece, and realize the performance and durability test of the test piece in the range of speed and power.

Excellent features of low-speed and high-torque electric dynamometer:
The electric dynamometer has the function of driving and reversing in the constant speed mode.
The electric dynamometer has the function of dynamometer loading in constant torque mode.
In the dynamometer loading state, the energy emitted by the electric dynamometer can be fed back to the grid directly or dissipated by the chopper brake resistor.

Technical characteristics of low-speed and high-torque electric dynamometer:
1. It has the ability to work in four quadrants, which can provide both driving torque (electric operation) and resistance torque (power generation operation); It has excellent loading performance: from zero speed to rated speed, it can maintain constant torque loading, and maintain constant power loading above rated speed.
2. System loading/driving mode: constant torque loading/driving, constant speed loading/driving, zero speed loading/driving, constant torque loading/driving, fixed parameter loading/driving, computer loading/driving (such as cyclic reciprocating loading in the form of sine wave or square wave can be set). The test system has the ability to input the load spectrum for dynamic testing by computer, and can simulate any working conditions such as uphill/downhill, start/brake, acceleration/deceleration, etc.
3. System speed regulation: bidirectional, frequency conversion speed regulation, dynamic response <8ms (related to the inertia of the test piece itself)
4. Torque control mode: torque vector frequency conversion control, dynamic response <5ms
5. System operation mode: manual control, automatic program control. A variety of control modes can be switched without disturbance.
6. Operation mode of digital test bench:
a. Automatic speed control
b. Automatic torque control
c. Program-controlled simulation of road resistance control: including road condition simulation, speed control, slope control and torque control mode.
d. The test device has the function of speed control/torque control switching, and the above two modes can be switched smoothly in dynamic operation. The switching time is less than: 1s
7. Overload capacity: 150% over-torque ≥10min, 200% over-torque ≥1 min, the torque at zero speed (0Hz) can reach 200% of the rated torque, and the speed can be reduced to zero without torque attenuation.
