Wind Turbine Wind Tester Generates Characteristic Curves
The wind turbine characteristic curve test is carried out on the test bench. All project test programs are collected and tested by the computer, and the test results are displayed. The computer system adopts WINDOWS operating system, with beautiful man-machine interface, which can collect, record, store and display the test data and results of each project, print the test data and characteristic curves, and provide computer software with easy operation, flexible adjustment and intuitive and clear man-machine interface. The system adopts the manual test working mode, and uses the frequency conversion motor and frequency converter for speed regulation test, and the test bench test is according to GB/T1236-2000 "Performance Test of Standardized Air Duct for Industrial Ventilator".
The test device for technical indicators of the test project includes two categories: air duct test and air chamber test. According to the convention, the fan with higher pressure is tested by the air duct test bench, and the fan with lower pressure is tested by the air chamber test bench, which can be divided into four types according to the GB/T1236-2000 standard, namely type A, type B, type C and type D. The fan and the motor, torque and speed sensor are installed on a cast iron test platform, and the air inlet at one end manufactured according to the GB/T1236 standard is adjusted by the air inlet with a damper, and the motor adds the rated voltage to make the fan blow, and the computer controls the change of the air inlet plate of the equalizing box to the stalled rotor, and changes uniformly 16 times.
