Scheme Configuration: This robust system is comprised of an instrument control system and a user-provided pipeline system. The instrument control system features a speed tester, pressure head tester, three-phase electrical parameter measuring instrument, LWGY turbine flow sensor, pressure transmitter (inlet and outlet), pressure gauge, solenoid valve, strong current cabinet, system integration cabinet, and (manual) automatic test software.
Software Introduction:
The software autonomously tests pump performance parameters, generating an original data table for the pump test report, performance curve charts, and a summary of test results. Performance curves include P-Q, H-Q, E-Q curves, and cavitation characteristic curves.
