Connection between instrument and sensor
The meter is connected to the sensor via a special five-core cable as follows:
Check whether the instrument power switch is off.
Connect the plug of one end of the special cable with the aviation socket on the rear panel of the instrument, pay attention to align the limit slot, insert it securely and then tighten it.
Connect the other end with the aviation socket of the sensor in the same way as above.
Turn on the instrument power can be measured
Zeroing: It has the function of calibrating the zero point of sensor measurement.
Range setting: the instrument provides the user input function of range setting, which can ensure the universality of the instrument and the sensor, and no special calibration is required.
Alarm: The user can set the alarm value of torque and speed, and the instrument has the function of alarm indication and provides alarm output signal. Printing: It can be connected to an external printer for real-time data printing. Communication: Provide standard RS-232 interface and communication protocol. Power Detection Reset: Avoid crashes caused by power supply interference and fluctuations. Parameter saving: You can save all kinds of set parameters. The input and output are all using signal isolation technology, which has a certain anti-interference ability.
