Capable of measuring power frequency withstand voltage, grounding resistance, motor speed, and no-load performance, it offers remarkable speed, precision, and user-friendly operation. The bench ensures outstanding reliability and includes automatic analysis and judgment of test outcomes. Moreover, it features comprehensive statistical functions with storage and printing capabilities for yearly, monthly, and daily reports, and allows presetting all motor test parameters for optimized testing.
Key Features:
1. Test Items: DC resistance, insulation resistance, turn-to-turn test, withstand voltage test, no-load test, blocked rotor test.
2. DC Resistance: Accurately tests the winding resistance of the motor.
3. Insulation Resistance: Measures the insulation resistance between phase wires and the motor shell.
4. Turn-to-Turn Test: Diagnoses inter-turn and inter-layer short circuits, insulation issues, and tolerance deviations in motor or transformer coils.
5. Withstand Voltage Test: Evaluates the withstand voltage leakage current between the stator winding and the shell, with programmable control and computer-regulated voltage adjustments.
6. No-Load Test: Measures voltage, current, power, power factor, and frequency during no-load conditions for both single and three-phase motors.
7. Stall Rotor Test: Assesses voltage, current, power, power factor, and frequency during motor stall conditions (instantaneous start), applicable to both single and three-phase motors.

Insulation Between Impact Turns: 0-3000 (5000) VP, with short circuit alarm for adjacent turns.
Withstand Voltage Test: 0-3000VAC; Leakage Current: 0-20mA (100mA).
