Motor stator test system
The motor stator test system integrates an industrial control computer for centralized management, allowing all test items to be completed with a single wiring connection. This system is capable of swiftly detecting key parameters required by both national and enterprise standards, including power frequency withstand voltage, insulation resistance, inter-turn insulation, DC resistance, and rotor steering. It boasts remarkable advantages such as rapid testing speed, high precision, user-friendliness, and robust reliability. The system automatically analyzes and judges test results while offering comprehensive functionalities for statistics, storage, and the printing of yearly, monthly, and daily reports. All motor parameters can be pre-configured for seamless testing.

1. Test items: DC resistance, insulation resistance, turn-to-turn test, withstand voltage test, motor steering test, inductance test.
2. DC resistance: Measures the resistance of the motor winding.
3. Insulation resistance: Tests the insulation resistance between phase wires and the shell.
4. Inter-turn test: Identifies inter-turn and inter-layer short circuits, poor insulation, and out-of-tolerance conditions in motor or transformer coils.
5. Withstand voltage test: Measures the withstand voltage leakage current between the stator winding and the shell. The test is program-controlled and can be managed via computer-regulated voltage control.
6. Motor steering: Determines the direction of the magnetic field rotation.
7. Inductance test: Measures the inductance of the motor coil.
8. Power supply: Operates on AC220V±15%, 50Hz±2Hz (system working power supply).

10. Working humidity: Operates efficiently at ≤70% humidity.
11. Single clamping: All tests are completed with one clamping.
