On-line Test System for Motor Safety Regulations at the Factory
Our product is an exceptional tool designed primarily for on-line quality inspection and quality control of entire motor systems. Featuring an industrial control machine for centralized command, this innovative system allows for one-time wiring to complete all test items. The results are automatically analyzed, judged, compiled into statistics, stored, and printed (with a printer supplied by the client if needed). Users have the convenience of pre-setting all parameters, ensuring a streamlined process when conducting tests.

Includes DC resistance, RTD, ambient temperature and humidity, withstand voltage current, insulation resistance, no-load test, and reverse potential test.
Device Startup: Start the device with either an external control button box, software mouse click selection, or code scanning startup for ultimate flexibility.
Measurement Sequence of Items: Enjoy the ability to flexibly adjust and set the order, duration, and items of measurement to suit your needs.
Alarm Mode: Features a sound and light alarm system with a three-color alarm light for easy status tracking: Yellow light indicates a test in progress, green light signals a test pass, and red light alerts to test NG.
Data Storage Mode: Test data is intelligently stored on the local hard disk and seamlessly transmitted to the server in real time for easy access. The database, compatible with MYSQL5.0 and above, ensures smooth server querying. Data can also be exported to EXCEL format, allowing managers convenient data copying.
Report Output Mode: Can be customized to meet non-standard requirements, offering flexibility for varied reporting needs.
Protection Function: Equipped with multiple safety features including a fuse, circuit breaker, software protection, and an emergency stop button to ensure secure operation.
Other Functions:
1. Number input offers three versatile methods: manual input, code scanning (supporting both one-dimensional and two-dimensional scanning). Number field length is restricted with automatic recognition, requiring accompanying winding stator core piece number and stator core number for testing (no blanks allowed).
2. Number Uniqueness: If a duplicate number is detected, the new data overwrites the old. You can also choose or enter a reason for retesting from a pop-up menu, such as repair or retest verification.
3. Configured with a wireless code scanning gun, offering compatibility with both one-dimensional and two-dimensional codes.
