The control system comprises a speed tester, pressure head tester, three-phase electrical parameter measuring instrument, LWGY turbine flow sensor, pressure transmitters (inlet and outlet), pressure gauge, solenoid valve, strong current cabinet, system integration cabinet, and (manual) automatic test software.
Software Introduction:
Our software autonomously tests pump performance parameters, generating original data tables, performance curve charts, and summarized test results. The performance curves include P-Q, H-Q, E-Q, and cavitation characteristic curves, ensuring thorough and precise analysis.
