Servo motor test system (electric dynamometer)
Servo motors are more and more widely used in all walks of life, and servo motors must ensure product performance and product quality in product development and factory testing, so it is particularly important to conduct strict testing and analysis of the performance of the motor. According to the performance test part of the national standard GB/T 30549-2014 "General Technical Conditions for Permanent Magnet AC Servo Motors" and with reference to other national standard requirements and various servo motor test standards, the servo motor test purpose, test steps and test methods are tested for type verification.
The servo motor test system adopts a modular, integrated design, and the operation part is ergonomically designed, and can complete manual/automatic mode control. It is composed of three parts: mechanical system, electrical system and host computer software system.

1.Mechanical system: cast iron platform, loading system, quick clamping system, shafting connection part and other equipment.
2.Electrical system: driving power supply (voltage regulator, controller, etc.) loading control, sensor (torque, speed, current, voltage, vibration, temperature) real-time data acquisition equipment, data acquisition, current sensor acquisition, electrical parameter measurement equipment, alarm system and other equipment.
3.Software system: The upper computer test software is divided into data acquisition communication module, data acquisition setting module, data real-time exchange control module, and data processing module. Humanized design adopts a professional motor test bench, the fixture has a three-dimensional adjustment function, and is convenient for loading and unloading and coaxiality adjustment, which can adapt to the installation of the tested motor of any shape.
6. Customized test software The motor test system software developed by the software R&D team of Changniu Technology classifies the software interface and process according to the test items required by the national standard, reduces repeated tests, and greatly improves the work efficiency of testers.
