The energy feedback new energy vehicle motor test system is used to test the performance and reliability of various types of permanent magnet synchronous motors and their controllers in the development process of new energy pure electric vehicles, and can complete the development, matching, calibration and evaluation of motor control strategies. It can also be used for core components and system function verification and system development such as drive motor and motor controller, cooling cycle system, battery pack and BMS management system, vehicle controller VCU, etc., and can meet the steady-state/transient test, road condition simulation test, development test, calibration test, reliability test and other R&D dynamic/steady/custom tests carried out on the test bench of the drive motor system of new energy electric vehicles.
New Energy Vehicle Motor Test System

Peculiarity:
1. Energy saving: The power output of the tested motor is filtered by the inverter and the energy feedback unit, and then supplied to the tested motor after returning to the power grid; (No need for water cooling)
2. Four-quadrant operation: it can be used as a generator (load) or as a power machine (drive), both forward and reverse. When operating as a generator (load), it can provide a certain load from zero speed (basically) to peak speed, and the loading characteristics are constant torque characteristics from zero speed to rated speed, and constant power characteristics from rated speed to maximum speed.
3. Constant torque and constant speed: the system can set the constant torque test below the rated speed of the motor; In the constant power test above the rated speed, the torque-speed curve and efficiency-speed curve can be automatically displayed on the software;
4. Automatic test: the load is automatically loaded according to the setting, the characteristic curve of the motor from no-load to stalled rotor (or set value) is scanned, and the efficiency platform and feature points are automatically calculated;
5. Manual test: that is, the load is manually adjusted, and the data is manually recorded or collected
6. Automatic modularization, convenient operation and maintenance, fast dynamic response, good stability, convenient and fast data collection and storage;
