The car window motor test bench is specifically designed for testing the performance of car window motors, including motor no-load testing, load testing, stall testing, fixed-point testing, start-up characteristic testing, constant value testing, etc.  

System Features:  
1. This system is designed for durability testing of window motor batches (4–8 units), simulating environmental temperatures ranging from -50°C to 120°C and relative humidity levels from 25% to 98%. It evaluates the actual service life of window motors under simulated environmental conditions. In accordance with automotive window motor durability test requirements, the dynamometer applies different loads to the window motors under varying humidity and temperature conditions (simulating torque or current during window motor upward and downward movement) and operates in a cyclic manner until the final runtime is reached or the motor fails.  

2. Test records are automatically saved at regular intervals, and reports can be printed as needed. The interval between saves can be set.

3. The system can perform unattended durability testing. The system can set current, speed, or torque alarm thresholds. During the testing process, the system automatically monitors and judges abnormal conditions based on the set values, and automatically stops the test.  
4. The system can automatically save the test status. When power failure or shutdown occurs, the test can resume from the original state.  
5. The system can automatically control the temperature and humidity of the environmental chamber. After the user sets the durability process at the beginning of the test, the system automatically completes the long-term durability test.
