Solution Configuration, Functions, and Schematic Diagrams:
Scheme Configuration: The entire system comprises an instrument control system and a pipeline system (provided by the user). The instrument control system includes a speed tester, a pressure head tester, a three-phase electrical parameter measuring instrument, an LWGY turbine flow sensor, pressure transmitters (inlet and outlet), pressure gauges, solenoid valves, a strong current cabinet, a system integration cabinet, and manual/automatic test software.
Software Introduction:
The software automatically tests pump performance parameters and generates comprehensive reports. These include the original data table, pump performance curve chart, and a summary of test results. The performance curves encompass the P-Q, H-Q, E-Q curves, and the cavitation characteristic curve.
