The motor factory online test bench
The online test bench at the motor factory employs an industrial control computer for centralized management, allowing all test items to be completed with a single wiring setup. This system integrates multiple measurements, including power frequency withstand voltage, grounding resistance, motor speed, and no-load tests. Its advantages include rapid test speed, high precision, user-friendliness, and excellent reliability. Moreover, it automatically analyzes and judges test results while offering statistical, storage, and printing capabilities for yearly, monthly, and daily reports. All parameters of the motor under test can be pre-configured.
Key features:
1. Test Items: DC resistance, insulation resistance, turn-to-turn test, withstand voltage test, no-load test, blocked rotor test
2. DC Resistance: Measures the resistance of the motor winding.
3. Insulation Resistance: Assesses the insulation resistance between the phase wire and the shell.
4. Inter-turn Test: Identifies inter-turn and inter-layer short circuits, poor insulation, and out-of-tolerance issues in motor or transformer coils.
5. Withstand Voltage Test: Measures the leakage current between the stator winding and the shell under high voltage, with programmable control and computer-managed voltage regulation.
6. No-Load Test: Evaluates the voltage, current, power, power factor, and frequency of the motor under no-load conditions for both single-phase and three-phase motors.
7. Stall Rotor Test: Measures voltage, current, power, power factor, and frequency during motor stall conditions for both single-phase and three-phase motors.
8. Power Supply: AC220V ±15%, 50Hz ±2 Hz (system working power supply)

Test Items and Accuracy Level:
Cold DC Resistance Test: Ranges from 0.01-20KΩ, divided into seven gears with automatic compensation for ambient temperature. Accuracy: 0.3 grade.
Insulation Resistance Test: Ranges from 1-500MΩ with 500VDC. Accuracy: 5 levels.
Insulation Between Impact Turns: 0-3000 (5000) VP, with an adjacent turns short circuit alarm at 1/200 turns.
Power Frequency Withstand Voltage Test: 0-3000VAC; Leakage current: 0-20mA (100mA).
Power Frequency Withstand Voltage Test Accuracy: 3.0, with program-controlled voltage and computer-managed regulation.
Locked-Rotor Test: Current ranges from 0-500A; Voltage from 0-500V. Accuracy: 0.5 grade.
No-Load Test: Current ranges from 0-500A; Voltage from 0-500V. Accuracy: 0.5 grade.
