Solution configuration, functions, and schematic diagrams:
Scheme Configuration: The entire system comprises an instrument control system and a user-provided pipeline system. The instrument control system includes a speed tester, pressure head tester, three-phase electrical parameter measuring instrument, LWGY turbine flow sensor, pressure transmitters (inlet and outlet), pressure gauge, solenoid valve, strong current cabinet, system integration cabinet, and (manual) automated test software.
Software Introduction:
Automatically tests pump performance parameters, generating the pump test report's raw data table, pump performance curve chart, and summary of test results. The performance curves include P-Q, H-Q, E-Q curves, and cavitation characteristic curve.
