2. The Air Volume Transmitter delivers a range of 0~5.0m³/min, with a clear digital display and a test accuracy level of 1.
3. The Vacuum Transmitter ranges from -50.0 to 0.0KP, providing a digital display and maintaining a high test accuracy of 0.5 grade.
4. The system is capable of testing up to 15 data points.
Main Functions of the Vacuum Cleaner Online Test System:
1. It automatically adjusts the air inlet valve and simultaneously tests input voltage, current, input power, power factor, frequency, output power, vacuum, air volume, and efficiency values. The computer handles the collection of air volume at (0~15) points.
2. Based on the test data, the system generates relationship curves for vacuum, input power, suction power, efficiency, and air volume. It highlights the maximum vacuum, air volume, maximum suction power, and efficiency values, which can be printed in report form.
