The motor leaves the factory online test bench
The online test bench at the motor factory leverages an industrial control computer for centralized control, allowing all testing procedures to be completed with a single wiring setup. It meticulously integrates the measurement of various parameters such as power frequency withstand voltage, grounding resistance, motor speed, and no-load test. This system boasts a rapid test speed, high precision, user-friendly interface, and exceptional reliability. Moreover, it automatically analyzes and judges test results, while offering comprehensive functions for statistics, storage, and printing of yearly, monthly, and daily reports. All motor parameters can be preset for streamlined testing.
Key features:
1. Test items: DC resistance, insulation resistance, turn-to-turn test, withstand voltage test, no-load test, blocked rotor test
2. DC resistance: Measures the resistance of the motor winding accurately.
3. Insulation resistance: Evaluates the insulation resistance between the phase wire and the motor casing.
4. Inter-turn test: Detects inter-turn and inter-layer short circuits, poor insulation, and out-of-tolerance conditions in motor or transformer coils.
5. Withstand voltage test: Measures the leakage current between the stator winding and the casing, with programmable control for withstand voltage, which can be regulated via computer.
6. No-load test: Measures voltage, current, power, power factor, and frequency under no-load conditions (applicable to both single and three-phase motors).
7. Stall rotor test: Evaluates voltage, current, power, power factor, and frequency under stalled rotor conditions (motor instantaneous start) for single and three-phase motors.
8. Power supply: AC220V±15%, 50Hz±2 Hz (system working power supply)
9. Operating environment: Suitable for temperatures ranging from 0 to 40 °C.
10. Working humidity: ≤70%
11. All tests are completed with the initial wiring setup.
12. Entire testing process is controlled by a microcomputer.
Test items and accuracy level:
Cold DC resistance test ranges from 0.01-20KΩ, divided into seven gears, with automatic ambient temperature compensation. Accuracy: 0.3 grade.
Insulation resistance test ranges from 1-500MΩ at 500VDC. Accuracy: 5 levels.
Insulation between impact turns ranges from 0-3000 (5000) VP, with adjacent turns short circuit alarm at 1/200 turns.
Withstand voltage test: 0-3000VAC; Leakage current: 0-20mA (100mA).
Power frequency withstand voltage test Accuracy: 3.0; Program-controlled and computer-regulated withstand voltage.
Locked-rotor test: Current ranges from 0-500A and Voltage from 0-500V. Accuracy: 0.5 grade.
No-load test: Current ranges from 0-500A and Voltage from 0-500V. Accuracy: 0.5 grade.
