The online test bench of the motor factory adopts the industrial control computer for centralized control, and all the tested items can be completed by one wiring, integrating the measurement of multiple items such as power frequency withstand voltage, grounding resistance, motor speed and no-load test. It has the advantages of fast test speed, high precision, easy to use, good reliability, etc., and automatically analyzes and judges the test results; At the same time, it has the functions of statistics, storage, and printing yearly, monthly, and daily reports. All the parameters of the motor under test can be preset for testing.

Key features:
1. Test items: DC resistance, insulation resistance, turn-to-turn test, withstand voltage test, no-load test, blocked rotor test
2. DC resistance: test the resistance of the motor winding resistance
3. Insulation resistance: test the insulation resistance between the phase wire and the shell
