2. System specifications comply with GB/T3216-2005 "Rotary Power Pumps - Hydraulic Performance Acceptance Test - Level 1 and Level 2" and GB/T12785-2002 "Test Methods for Submersible Electric Pumps."
3. The test system consists of a flow and speed tester, a pressure and head tester, single-phase/three-phase electrical parameter measuring instruments, a live winding temperature rise tester, an LWGY turbine flow sensor, a pressure transmitter, and a pressure gauge.

4. Applications: Submersible pumps, deep well pumps, centrifugal pumps, pipeline pumps, self-priming pumps, chemical pumps, screw pumps, household booster pumps, sewage pumps, automotive fuel injection pumps, automotive washer pumps, automotive cooling water pumps, motorized sprayers, aquarium pumps, high-pressure washers, washing machines (dishwashers), and other pump motors.

 Pump Test System Features:

1. The system can perform performance tests and cavitation tests on various water pumps.
2. The system can display real-time pump flow rate, inlet pressure, outlet pressure, shaft torque, speed, shaft power, efficiency, head, and water temperature.
3. The system can automatically distinguish and display positive and negative torque.
4. The system can automatically perform temperature correction on the torque and speed sensors. 5. The system provides upper and lower limit alarms for flow rate, inlet pressure, torque, and speed, with adjustable alarm values.
6. The system automatically stores test data.
7. The system displays collected data and curves in real time.
