Equipment Overview:
This equipment is mainly used to measure the no-load performance of traction aircraft, rather than standard equipment. The system uses industrial computers and test software to test and control products, and automatically analyzes, judges, counts, stores and prints test results. The software can store all user parameters in advance for recall during inspection.
Equipment usage environment:
Power fluctuation range: voltage 3800V±10%, frequency 50Hz±10Hz.

Specific measurement content:
1. The software of the upper computer realizes the dynamic self-learning of the traction machine (no need to manually control the operation panel).
2. No-load voltage and current test (as well as voltage and current unbalance).
3. No-load operation noise (need to be placed in a quiet room for testing).
4. Brake engagement and release noise (take the maximum value of suction release).
5. The suction voltage and release voltage of the brake, the voltage range of the brake is DC0-200V.
6. The horizontal vibration speed and vertical vibration speed of the traction machine operation.
7. The synchronization test of the micro switch and the suction time and release time of the micro switch.
Software Testing Features:
Standard software description, subject to the arrival equipment software, can be customized non-standard
With the help of software, the system can be tested for the following items
1. Dynamic self-learning of traction machine
Menak and SMART inverter can set the rated parameters of the motor (such as speed, number of pole pairs, power, voltage, etc.) through the host computer software, and the rated parameters are sent to the traction machine to drive the inverter, and after the distribution is completed, the inverter automatically performs dynamic learning on the traction machine, and the dynamic learning time is about 1 minute (tentatively set to use complete dynamic self-learning), and after completion, the host computer software automatically reads the encoder pole angle value, power-off angle, wiring method, stator resistance, Q-axis inductance, D-axis inductance, and current proportional gain, current integral gain, and other parameters.
Remarks: Our company has rich experience in the testing of Murnacker inverter control traction machine, at present, there are two methods of dynamic self-learning, one is complete self-learning, the time is about 1 minute, the other is fast self-learning, the time is about 10S, the rapid learning method has been tested and verified on the mixed assembly line of other traction machines, and there is no difference between the two methods. In order to improve the testing efficiency, our company can also implant fast self-learning test modules on the test software for later needs.
2. Test no-load operating voltage, no-load operating noise and vibration speed
After the completion of the self-learning, the software controls the no-load operation of the traction machine (working at the rated speed), and simultaneously measures the three-phase voltage, three-phase current, current unbalance and no-load operation noise of the traction machine. The operator can observe the operation of the traction machine within the no-load running time set by the software, which can be set arbitrarily.
3. Test brake noise
1) Before the software controls the no-load operation of the traction machine, it is necessary to suction and release the brake, and the software measures the noise at the moment of suction with the noise measuring instrument (the noise measuring instrument can capture the maximum noise value and save it automatically).
2) The noise recording data is divided into two types: manual and automatic, and the two methods are optional in the parameter setting interface.
4. Measure the synchronization of the two micro switches, as well as the suction and release time of the micro switches
Measurement of microswitch synchronization: It is mainly to use the high-speed pulse width measurement method of PLC and combined with external circuits to measure the time difference between two microswitches at high speed, the measurement time difference is 1ms-2000ms, and the measurement accuracy can be ≤1ms
The suction time test of the micro switch: the PLC is used to measure the specific time from the start of the brake to the action of the micro switch, and the measurement accuracy can be ≤ 1ms
Release time test of micro switch: PLC high-speed acquisition is used to measure the specific time from the start of the brake power off to the closing of the micro switch, and the measurement accuracy can be ≤1ms
5. Test the brake pick-up and release voltage (this function can be controlled by interface switch)
The working voltage of the brake is slowly raised from 0V (or set the initial value) through the software of the host computer, and the minimum suction voltage of the brake is judged through the feedback signal of the micro switch on the traction machine. Then, the voltage is slowly lowered from the pick-up voltage value, and the feedback signal of the micro switch is also passed to determine the maximum release voltage of the brake.
