The motor leaves the factory online test bench
The online test bench of the motor factory employs an industrial control computer for centralized management, enabling all test items to be completed with a single wiring setup. This integration encompasses multiple measurements such as power frequency withstand voltage, grounding resistance, motor speed, and no-load testing. It is characterized by rapid test speed, high precision, user-friendliness, and outstanding reliability, automatically analyzing and judging test results. Additionally, it offers statistical, storage, and printing capabilities for yearly, monthly, and daily reports. All motor under test parameters can be preset for streamlined testing.
Key features:
1. Test items: DC resistance, insulation resistance, turn-to-turn test, withstand voltage test, no-load test, blocked rotor test
2. DC resistance: Measure the resistance of the motor winding.
3. Insulation resistance: Test the insulation resistance between the phase wire and the shell.
4. Inter-turn test: Determine inter-turn and inter-layer short circuits, poor insulation, and out-of-tolerance conditions of the motor or transformer coil.
5. Withstand voltage test: Measure the withstand voltage leakage current between the stator winding and the shell. The test features program control and can be regulated by a computer.
6. No-load test: Measure voltage, current, power, power factor, and frequency of the motor under no-load conditions (applicable to both single and three-phase).
7. Stall rotor test: Measure voltage, current, power, power factor, and frequency under motor stall rotor conditions (instantaneous start) (applicable to both single and three-phase).
8. Power supply: AC220V±15%, 50Hz±2 Hz (system working power supply)
9. Operating environment: Working temperature range of 0~40 °C
10. Working humidity: ≤70%
11. All tests are completed with the initial wiring setup.
12. All testing processes are controlled by a microcomputer.
Test items and accuracy levels:
Cold DC resistance test: 0.01-20KΩ, divided into seven ranges (automatic ambient temperature compensation), Accuracy: 0.3 grade
Insulation resistance test: 1-500MΩ, 500VDC, Accuracy: 5 levels
Insulation between impact turns: 0-3000 (5000) VP, 1/200 turns adjacent turns short circuit alarm
Withstand voltage test: 0-3000VAC; Leakage current: 0-20mA (100mA)
Power frequency withstand voltage test: Accuracy: 3.0; Program-controlled withstand voltage, with computer regulation.
Locked-rotor test: Current: 0-500A; Voltage: 0-500V, Accuracy: 0.5 grade
No-load test: Current: 0-500A; Voltage: 0-500V, Accuracy: 0.5 grade
