Key features:
1. Test items include: DC resistance, insulation resistance, turn-to-turn test, withstand voltage test, no-load test, and blocked rotor test.
2. DC resistance: Measures the motor winding resistance with precision.
3. Insulation resistance: Tests the insulation resistance between the phase wire and the motor shell.
4. Inter-turn test: Detects inter-turn and inter-layer short circuits, poor insulation, and out-of-tolerance conditions in motor or transformer coils.
5. Withstand voltage test: Measures the leakage current between the stator winding and the shell, with program control and computer-regulated voltage adjustments.
6. No-load test: Assesses voltage, current, power, power factor, and frequency under no-load conditions for both single and three-phase motors.

Insulation resistance test: 1-500MΩ at 500VDC. Accuracy: Grade 5.
Insulation between impact turns: 0-3000 (5000) VP, with adjacent turns short circuit alarm at 1/200 turns.
Withstand voltage: 0-3000VAC; Leakage current: 0-20mA (100mA).
Power frequency withstand voltage test: Accuracy: Grade 3.0, program-controlled with computer-regulated voltage adjustments.
Locked-rotor test: Current range 0-500A; Voltage range 0-500V. Accuracy: Grade 0.5.
