1. Test items: According to the customer's requirements for not testing, this test system can carry out the following tests on the motor
1) No-load test: according to GB/T1032, the test is carried out under the rated sine wave, the voltage is adjusted for the test, the computer collects data, fits the curve, and determines the wind friction and iron consumption;
2) Stalled rotor test: according to GB/T1032, the test is carried out under the rated sine wave, the voltage is adjusted for the test, the computer collects data, fits the curve, and determines the stalled rotor current and locked-rotor torque.
3) Load test: according to GB/T1032, the test is carried out under the rated sine wave, the load is adjusted for the test, the computer collects data, fits the curve, and determines the current, voltage, power, efficiency, frequency, slip rate, etc
4) Temperature rise test: according to GB/T1032, the test is carried out under the rated sine wave, the load is adjusted for the test, the original bridge of the user is used to manually measure the armature resistance, the computer collects the data, and the computer fits the temperature rise curve.
5) M-S curve: (Measurement of maximum torque and minimum torque): Torque measuring instrument method is adopted. If the capacity of the power supply, load, etc. allows, it can be completed by drawing an M-S curve.
