Scheme Configuration: The comprehensive system includes both an instrument control system and a pipeline system provided by the user. The instrument control system integrates a speed tester, a pressure head tester, a three-phase electrical parameter measuring instrument, an LWGY turbine flow sensor, pressure transmitters (inlet and outlet), a pressure gauge, a solenoid valve, a power cabinet, a system integration cabinet, and (manual) automatic test software.
Software Introduction:
Our software auto-generates detailed pump performance parameters, original data tables for pump test reports, and a variety of performance curve charts. These include P-Q, H-Q, E-Q curves, as well as cavitation characteristic curves, ensuring a comprehensive summary of test results.
