Synchronous motor type test system

The motor type test system is mainly suitable for asynchronous, synchronous, DC and other motor type tests, the system mainly includes test power supply, load device, control system, measurement unit and data analysis management software, its performance indicators meet the requirements of IEC60034-2-1, GB755, GB/T1032, GB/T 1029, GB/T 1311, IEEE112, CSA390 and other relevant international and national standards. 
 
Advanced Synchronous and Asynchronous DC Motor Test Bench System

 Key features:
Provide adjustable test power supply and load for the tested motor, and complete the automatic collection and processing of voltage, current, power, winding resistance, speed, torque, temperature and other data in the type test of the motor; During the test, various characteristic curves can be tracked and displayed at any time, and the complete characteristic curves can be output immediately after the test; To automatically complete high-quality test reports, users can edit the test report template and design the report format by themselves.
The test software is independently developed by our company, which adopts structured and efficient programming language programming, and integrates data acquisition and processing. The software system has a full range of functions such as easy operation, complete functions, clear prompts, high test accuracy and automatic judgment of test conclusions, and perfect fault self-diagnosis and protection.

Test items
1. The system can transmit all test data to the computer, and can draw the corresponding curves, with storage and printing functions.
2. The system is equipped with a full set of Chinese Simplified software, which can make motor type test report forms and curve diagrams.
3. No-load test: no-load voltage, current, power.
4. Load test: load voltage, current, power, output torque, speed, power.
5. Locked-rotor test: load voltage, current, power, output torque, speed, power.

Key features of the system:
1. Sampling time: set the sampling time (20ms~1000ms) arbitrarily to meet the needs of users for high-speed measurement.
2. Measuring range and number of teeth setting: the user can set the torque range and speed of the dynamometer itself and the number of teeth of the gear disc or photoelectric deflector.
3. Automatic calibration and calibration function: In addition to retaining the function of manual calibration (including positive fullness, negative fullness, and zeroing), the user can automatically realize the whole process calibration of the dynamometer on the computer, the calibration process is clear, the calibration data can be stored on the computer, the calibration data table can be automatically generated, and the output can be printed.
4. Dynamometer load mode: excitation mode, constant torque mode, fixed speed mode, constant current mode; The PID function ensures that the dynamic response of the load operation is fast and the operation is more stable.
5. Sampling synchronization of input and output parameters of motor operation: input voltage, current, power, power factor, frequency and output torque, speed, input power, efficiency. Synchronous sampling during measurement to ensure data consistency.
6. Production line test function: With the continuous improvement of the customer's quality control of the motor, in addition to the measurement and control of the input parameters of the motor, the measurement and control of the output parameters of the motor (torque, speed, output power, efficiency) are increased, and the input voltage, current, power, output torque, speed, output power and efficiency of the motor can be automatically and continuously measured in the case of forward and reverse rotation. After years of research and development, the company adopts a unique image and curve simulation function, adopts the average algorithm of the optimal interval setting, and automatically determines the OK/NG according to the upper and lower limits set by the computer. This function not only has good data repeatability, but also intuitively discovers the abnormal phenomenon of test data during motor installation or testing.
7. Dynamometer loading mode: In addition to the traditional manual excitation loading mode, the system has a variety of automatic loading modes: fixed excitation incremental loading mode, fixed torque incremental loading mode, fixed speed incremental loading mode, fixed torque loading mode, fixed speed loading mode and constant slope loading mode.
8. Curve drawing and fitting function: the system can meet the user's test requirements for various motors and various test items, draw the original curves of various parameter characteristics, fit the curves, and automatically generate no-load point parameters (current, speed), maximum torque point parameters (voltage, current, speed, efficiency, output power), maximum efficiency point parameters (speed, torque, current, output power) and maximum output power point parameters (speed, torque, current, output power).
9. Report and query function: multiple curves can be drawn in the same coordinate to meet the customer's analysis of product consistency and repeatability.
10. Powerful system function self-test and on-site fault rapid diagnosis ability is an important indicator necessary for the new generation of high-performance dynamometer system. The company has carefully launched a portable dynamometer signal detection tool, which can detect the input and output signal size of each module unit of the dynamometer system (such as sensors, acquisition boards, dynamometer controllers, etc.) on the spot, and quickly judge the fault source (fault point), which can greatly improve the system service ability and service efficiency.
11. Ingenious anti-interference and reliability design: the application of multi-level electromagnetic compatibility (EMC) technology (such as grounding, shielding, isolation, filtering, etc.) and the guarantee of good manufacturing process. Ensure the reliability and anti-interference ability of the system, and the system can operate stably and reliably in the environment of interference, sparks, high frequency, high voltage and strong electrical shock. In particular, it is particularly necessary to have radiation from high-frequency power electronic devices in most of the current environment.
12. The new generation of high-quality dynamometer system focuses on the current motor energy efficiency identification and high-precision testing, so it is committed to the overall accuracy consistency of the system, and the research on measurement repeatability is an important content of the dynamometer system. According to the characteristics of the use of the dynamometer system (there is no air conditioning in the workplace, and the ambient temperature is not guaranteed), it is necessary to improve the working temperature range of all module units and instruments in the dynamometer system under the measurement accuracy (considering 0 °C ~ 50 °C) to solve the problem that the majority of users are easy to ignore in the ambient temperature (that is, the repeatability of efficiency measurement in summer and winter is poor)
