Test items: DC resistance, insulation resistance, electrical strength, turn-to-turn test, thermistor.
1. DC resistance: measure the winding resistance of the motor.
2. Insulation resistance: measure the insulation resistance between the stator winding and the core.
3. Electrical strength: withstand voltage test between the main coil and the core, and withstand voltage test of the main coil for the thermal switch.
4. Turn to turn test: measure the turn performance of the coil of the winding.
5. Thermistor: measure the resistance of the thermistor

Overview of Elevator Traction Machine Motor Stator Test System:
The traction machine test system adopts a Pentium industrial computer for centralized control, and all test items can be completed at one wiring, and the test results are automatically analyzed, judged, counted, stored and printed (the printer is provided by the buyer). All user parameters can be preset for calling during detection.

Traction motor stator test bench test process:
1. Startup mode: software is divided into hardware startup and software startup.
2. Automatic test process: test according to the setting order and setting time.
3. The measurement sequence, measurement time and number of measurement items can be flexibly adjusted.
The default measurement sequence is: DC resistance/thermistor/insulation resistance//motor turn-to-turn/withstand voltage leakage current. The test sequence can be adjusted or set to non-test.
