The motor factory's online test bench
The online test bench of the motor factory is engineered with an advanced industrial control computer for centralized control. This design allows all testing items to be completed with a single wiring setup. It seamlessly integrates multiple measurements, including power frequency withstand voltage, grounding resistance, motor speed, and no-load tests. With features like rapid test speeds, high precision, user-friendly operation, and exceptional reliability, the system automatically analyzes and judges test results. Additionally, it boasts comprehensive functionalities for statistics, storage, and printing of yearly, monthly, and daily reports. All parameters of the motor under test can be preset for efficient testing.
Key features:
1. Test items: DC resistance, insulation resistance, turn-to-turn test, withstand voltage test, no-load test, blocked rotor test.
2. DC resistance: Accurately tests the motor winding resistance.
3. Insulation resistance: Measures the insulation resistance between the phase wire and the shell.
4. Inter-turn test: Detects inter-turn and inter-layer short circuits, poor insulation, and out-of-tolerance conditions in the motor or transformer coil.
5. Withstand voltage test: Assesses the withstand voltage leakage current between the stator winding and the shell, with program-controlled voltage regulation, manageable via computer.
6. No-load test: Measures the voltage, current, power, power factor, and frequency of the motor under no-load conditions (suitable for both single and three-phase motors).
7. Stall rotor test: Evaluates the voltage, current, power, power factor, and frequency during motor stall rotor conditions (motor instantaneous start) (suitable for both single and three-phase motors).
8. Power supply: Operates on AC220V±15%, 50Hz±2 Hz (system working power supply).
9. Operating environment: Optimal performance at temperatures ranging from 0~40°C.
10. Working humidity ≤70%.
11. All tests are completed with the initial wiring setup.
12. All testing processes are microcomputer controlled.
Test items and accuracy level:
Cold DC resistance test: Range of 0.01-20KΩ, divided into seven gears with automatic ambient temperature compensation. Accuracy: 0.3 grade.
Insulation resistance test: Range of 1-500MΩ at 500VDC. Accuracy: 5 levels.
Insulation between impact turns: Range of 0-3000 (5000) VP with short circuit alarm for adjacent turns at 1/200 turns.
Withstand voltage: Range of 0-3000VAC; Leakage current: 0-20mA (up to 100mA).
Power frequency withstand voltage test: Accuracy of 3.0 with program-controlled and computer-controlled voltage regulation.
Locked-rotor test: Current range of 0-500A; Voltage range of 0-500V. Accuracy: 0.5 grade.
No-load test: Current range of 0-500A; Voltage range of 0-500V. Accuracy: 0.5 grade.
