Motor Stator Test System
The Motor Stator Test System employs an industrial control computer for centralized management, facilitating seamless completion of all test items with a single wiring setup. This system swiftly detects parameters required by national and enterprise compulsory inspections, including power frequency withstand voltage, insulation resistance, inter-turn insulation, DC resistance, and rotor steering. Boasting rapid test speeds, exceptional precision, user-friendly operation, and robust reliability, it automatically analyzes and evaluates the test outcomes. Furthermore, it offers comprehensive functions for statistics, storage, and printing of annual, monthly, and daily reports. All motor parameters can be preset for thorough testing.

1. Test Items: DC resistance, insulation resistance, turn-to-turn test, withstand voltage test, motor steering test, inductance test.
2. DC Resistance: Measures the resistance of the motor winding.
3. Insulation Resistance: Tests the insulation resistance between the phase wire and the shell.
4. Inter-turn Test: Assesses inter-turn and inter-layer short circuits, poor insulation, and out-of-tolerance issues in motor or transformer coils.
5. Withstand Voltage Test: Calculates the withstand voltage leakage current between the stator winding and the shell, with program-controlled voltage regulation, managed via computer.
