The online test bench of the motor factory utilizes an industrial control computer for centralized control. With just one wiring, it seamlessly integrates and completes various testing items such as power frequency withstand voltage, grounding resistance, motor speed, and no-load tests. This innovative solution offers rapid test speeds, exceptional precision, user-friendly operation, and outstanding reliability. Additionally, it automatically analyzes and evaluates test results and supports the generation, storage, and printing of yearly, monthly, and daily reports. All motor parameters can be preset for comprehensive testing.

1. Test items: DC resistance, insulation resistance, turn-to-turn test, withstand voltage test, no-load test, blocked rotor test
2. DC resistance: Measures the resistance of the motor winding.
3. Insulation resistance: Tests the insulation resistance between the phase wire and the motor casing.
4. Inter-turn test: Detects inter-turn and inter-layer short circuits, poor insulation, and out-of-tolerance issues in the motor or transformer coil.
5. Withstand voltage test: Measures the leakage current of the withstand voltage between the stator winding and the casing. Program control manages the voltage withstand, allowing computer-controlled regulation.
6. No-load test: Assesses the voltage, current, power, power factor, and frequency of the motor under no-load conditions (applicable to both single and three-phase motors).
7. Stall rotor test: Evaluates the voltage, current, power, power factor, and frequency during motor stall conditions (momentary start) for both single and three-phase motors.

Cold DC resistance test: 0.01-20KΩ, divided into seven ranges (automatic ambient temperature compensation). Accuracy: 0.3 grade.
Insulation resistance test: 1-500MΩ, 500VDC. Accuracy: 5 levels.
Insulation between impact turns: 0-3000 (5000) VP, with adjacent turns short circuit alarm at 1/200 turns.
Power frequency withstand voltage: 0-3000VAC; Leakage current: 0-20mA (100mA).
Power frequency withstand voltage test: Accuracy: 3.0, program-controlled withstand voltage, computer-controlled regulation.
Locked-rotor test: Current: 0-500A; Voltage: 0-500V. Accuracy: 0.5 grade.
No-load test: Current: 0-500A; Voltage: 0-500V. Accuracy: 0.5 grade.
