Generator test bench
The test system consists of test power supply, power switch cabinet, signal sensing device and power measurement equipment, automated test measurement unit and control console and AC motor test software system, database system and other components. The load equipment in the type test can be selected according to the user's requirements to accompany the test motor (including DC generator, AC generator, wire-wound rotor motor), eddy current dynamometer, magnetic particle dynamometer, magnetic particle brake and other equipment to meet the needs of different motor type test.
Can be used to test alternators and starter motors in a variety of vehicles (cars, trucks, buses, tractors, excavators, etc.)
Measurement method: using microcomputer measurement
Measuring cabinet is equipped with current and voltage sensors, and the intermediate link adopts signal conditioning interface module, which is used by the computer to complete the signal acquisition and measurement tasks.
