1. Test items: DC resistance, insulation resistance, turn-to-turn test, withstand voltage test, no-load test, blocked rotor test
2. DC resistance: Measures the resistance of the motor winding resistance with high precision.
3. Insulation resistance: Evaluates the insulation resistance between the phase wire and the shell for safety compliance.
4. Inter-turn test: Detects inter-turn and inter-layer short circuits, poor insulation, and tolerance deviations in motor or transformer coils.
5. Withstand voltage test: Assesses the leakage current between the stator winding and the shell, with program-controlled voltage settings and computer-regulated voltage adjustments.
6. No-load test: Measures essential parameters such as voltage, current, power, power factor, and frequency under no-load conditions (compatible with both single-phase and three-phase motors).
7. Stall rotor test: Determines key metrics including voltage, current, power, power factor, and frequency during motor stall (instantaneous start), applicable to both single-phase and three-phase motors.
8. Power supply: Operates on AC220V±15%, 50Hz±2 Hz, ensuring consistent power for the system's functionality.
9. Operating environment: Efficiently operates within a temperature range of 0~40 °C.
10. Working humidity: Designed to function optimally at a humidity level of ≤70%.

Test items and accuracy level:
Cold DC resistance test: Ranges from 0.01-20KΩ, divided into seven automatic compensation gears for ambient temperature with an accuracy level of 0.3 grade.
Insulation resistance test: Spans from 1-500MΩ at 500VDC with a high precision accuracy of 5 levels.
Insulation between impact turns: Measures 0-3000 (5000) VP, including a short circuit alarm for adjacent turns at 1/200 turns.
0-3000VAC; Leakage current: Ranges from 0-20mA (100mA), ensuring safety and compliance.
Power frequency withstand voltage test: Ensures an accuracy level of 3.0 with computer-controlled and program-controlled voltage regulation.
Locked-rotor test current: Measures from 0-500A and voltage from 0-500V with a precise accuracy of 0.5 grade.
No-load test current: Ranges from 0-500A and voltage from 0-500V, offering an accuracy level of 0.5 grade.
