This highly integrated system allows completion of all testing items with a single wiring setup, encompassing power frequency withstand voltage, grounding resistance, motor speed, and no-load tests. 7. Stall Rotor Test: Assess motor voltage, current, power, power factor, and frequency during stalled rotor conditions (motor instantaneous start), suitable for single and three-phase motors.
8. Power Supply: Operates on AC220V±15%, 50Hz±2 Hz (system working power supply).

Test Items and Accuracy Level:
Cold DC Resistance Test: Range of 0.01-20KΩ, divided into seven gears with automatic ambient temperature compensation. Accuracy: 0.3 grade.
Insulation Resistance Test: Range of 1-500MΩ, using 500VDC. Accuracy: 5 levels.
Insulation Between Impact Turns: 0-3000 (5000) VP, featuring a 1/200 turns adjacent short circuit alarm.
Withstand Voltage: 0-3000VAC; Leakage current: 0-20mA (100mA).
Power Frequency Withstand Voltage Test: Accuracy of 3.0, controlled by programmable and computer-regulated voltage systems.
Locked-Rotor Test: Measures current from 0-500A and voltage from 0-500V with an accuracy of 0.5 grade.
No-Load Test: Measures current from 0-500A and voltage from 0-500V with an accuracy of 0.5 grade.
