The water pump online test system is composed of flow speed measuring instrument, pressure head measuring instrument, electrical parameter measuring instrument, live winding temperature rise tester, flow pressure sensor, related pipelines, test vessels and related supporting instruments. The pump online test system is a special test equipment for testing the performance of the pump, the system adopts high-precision flow sensor and high-precision pressure transmitter and electrical parameters, which can meet the requirements of various models and different grades of pumps for accurate measurement of flow, head, voltage, current, input power, efficiency, etc. The system has high test accuracy, good repeatability, strong operation stability, high parallel efficiency, long service life and easy work.
