The motor factory quality online test bench is used to measure the output power of motor rotor shaft, which can be used to test the torque, speed and output power of motor at different load points through the equipment. The system adopts industrial computer for centralized control, one wiring can complete all the test items, and the test results are automatically analyzed, judgment, statistics, storage, printing. All parameters of the user can be preset for calling when testing.
Functional index introduction:
The system mainly carries out the factory online full inspection test for the motor, and the main measuring parameters are: torque, speed, output shaft power, input voltage, input current, input power, efficiency, brake holding brake individual control, ID and IQ value transmitted back from the driver, and rotary zero value under different load points.
The system consists of the following main core components: load motor, data acquisition controller, torque sensor, industrial touch screen, control cabinet, and software.
