The online test bench at our motor factory is equipped with an industrial control computer for centralized management. All testing procedures can be accomplished with a single setup, integrating multifaceted measurements like power frequency withstand voltage, grounding resistance, motor speed, and no-load test. This system boasts remarkable advantages such as rapid test speeds, exceptional accuracy, user-friendly operation, and outstanding reliability. It seamlessly analyzes and evaluates test outcomes, all while offering comprehensive functions for statistical analysis, storage, and report printing on yearly, monthly, and daily bases. Predefined parameters ensure thorough testing of the motor under inspection.
Key features include:
1. Test items: DC resistance, insulation resistance, turn-to-turn test, withstand voltage test, no-load test, blocked rotor test.
2. DC Resistance: Precisely test the resistance of motor winding resistance.
3. Insulation Resistance: Accurately test the insulation resistance between the phase wire and the casing.
4. Inter-Turn Test: Effectively identify inter-turn and inter-layer short circuits, poor insulation, and tolerance issues in motor or transformer coils.
5. Withstand Voltage Test: Measure the withstand voltage leakage current between the stator winding and the casing. Program-controlled and computer-regulated voltage withstand capabilities ensure high precision.
6. No-Load Test: Measure voltage, current, power, power factor, and frequency of the motor under no-load conditions (applicable to both single and three-phase systems).
7. Stall Rotor Test: Assess voltage, current, power, power factor, and frequency during motor stall conditions (instantaneous start), suitable for both single and three-phase systems.
8. Power Supply: AC220V±15%, 50Hz±2 Hz (system working power supply).
9. Operating Environment: Ideal working temperature range from 0~40 °C.
10. Working Humidity: ≤70%.
11. All required tests are completed with the initial wiring setup.

Test items and accuracy levels:
Cold DC Resistance Test: 0.01-20KΩ, categorized into seven ranges with automatic ambient temperature compensation. Accuracy: 0.3 grade.
Insulation Resistance Test: 1-500MΩ at 500VDC with an accuracy of 5 levels.
Insulation Between Impact Turns: 0-3000 (5000) VP, including a 1/200 adjacent turns short-circuit alarm.
Power Frequency Withstand Voltage: 0-3000VAC; Leakage current: 0-20mA (100mA).
Power Frequency Withstand Voltage Test: Accuracy of 3.0, program-controlled withstand voltage, and computer-controlled voltage regulation.
Locked-Rotor Test: Current ranging from 0-500A and Voltage from 0-500V with an accuracy of 0.5 grade.
No-Load Test: Current range of 0-500A and Voltage range of 0-500V with an accuracy of 0.5 grade.
