Scheme configuration: The entire system is an integration of an advanced instrument control system and a user-provided pipeline system. The instrument control system incorporates a speed tester, pressure head tester, three-phase electrical parameter measuring instrument, LWGY turbine flow sensor, inlet and outlet pressure transmitters, pressure gauge, solenoid valve, strong current cabinet, system integration cabinet, and manual/automatic test software.
Software Introduction:
The software is designed to automatically test pump performance parameters, generating original data tables for pump test reports, performance curve charts, and summarized test results. The performance curves include P-Q, H-Q, E-Q, and cavitation characteristic curves.
