Key features:
1. Test items: DC resistance, insulation resistance, turn-to-turn test, withstand voltage test, no-load test, blocked rotor test
2. DC resistance: Precisely measure the resistance of the motor winding.
3. Insulation resistance: Accurately test the insulation resistance between the phase wire and the shell.
4. Inter-turn test: Detect inter-turn and inter-layer short circuits, insulation issues, and tolerance deviations in the motor or transformer coil.
5. Withstand voltage test: Measure the leakage current between the stator winding and the shell. Program-controlled for precise voltage regulation, operable via computer.
6. No-load test: Evaluate voltage, current, power, power factor, and frequency of the motor under no-load conditions (suitable for both single and three-phase motors).
7. Stall rotor test: Measure voltage, current, power, power factor, and frequency during motor stall rotor conditions (motor instantaneous start) for single and three-phase motors.
8. Power supply: AC220V±15%, 50Hz±2 Hz (system working power supply).

Test items and accuracy level:
Cold DC resistance test: 0.01-20KΩ, with seven auto-compensating gears for ambient temperature. Accuracy: 0.3 grade.
Insulation resistance test: Range 1-500MΩ, with 500VDC. Accuracy: 5 levels.
Insulation between impact turns: 0-3000 (5000) VP, with adjacent turns short circuit alarm set at 1/200 turns.
Withstand voltage range: 0-3000VAC; Leakage current: 0-20mA (100mA).
Power frequency withstand voltage test: Accuracy of 3.0, program-controlled, with computer-operated voltage regulation.
Locked-rotor test: Measures currents 0-500A and voltages 0-500V with an accuracy of 0.5 grade.
No-load test: Measures currents 0-500A and voltages 0-500V with an accuracy of 0.5 grade.
