Motor Stator Test System
The Motor Stator Test System utilizes an industrial control computer for centralized control, allowing all test items to be conducted with a single wiring setup. This efficient design ensures rapid detection of parameters required by both national and enterprise compulsory inspections, including power frequency withstand voltage, insulation resistance, inter-turn insulation, DC resistance, and rotor steering. The system boasts remarkable advantages such as swift test speeds, exceptional precision, user-friendly operation, and outstanding reliability. It automatically analyzes and judges test results. Additionally, it offers functionalities for statistics, storage, and printing of yearly, monthly, and daily reports. All parameters of the motor under test can be preset for seamless testing.

1. Test Items: DC resistance, insulation resistance, turn-to-turn test, withstand voltage test, motor steering test, and inductance test.
2. DC Resistance: Measures the resistance of the motor winding resistance.
3. Insulation Resistance: Assesses the insulation resistance between the phase wire and the shell.
4. Inter-turn Test: Detects inter-turn and inter-layer short circuits, poor insulation, and out-of-tolerance conditions in motor or transformer coils.
5. Withstand Voltage Test: Evaluates the withstand voltage leakage current between the stator winding and the shell, with program-controlled voltage regulation that can be managed via computer.
6. Motor Steering: Determines the direction of rotation of the magnetic field.
7. Inductance Test: Measures the inductance of the motor coil.
8. Power Supply: AC220V±15%, 50Hz±2 Hz (system working power supply).
9. Operating Environment: Working temperature range is 0~40°C.
10. Working Humidity: ≤70%.
