The new energy vehicle motor to-drag test system can meet the performance test of pure electric passenger cars and commercial vehicle motors and their controller systems. The test bench can automatically or manually test the conventional performance, external characteristics, efficiency characteristics, NEDC and other tests of the motor, and can measure the parameters such as power, torque, speed, temperature, etc., so as to calculate the motor performance parameters and draw the relevant curves.

The test bench can complete the stalled rotor torque and stalled rotor current test, temperature rise test, continuous electric working characteristics test, motor maximum speed test, motor overspeed test and feed working characteristics test. At the same time, the test bench can feed back the power generated during the test process to the company's power grid through the frequency conversion system.
The new energy vehicle motor towing test system adopts a modular and integrated design, the operation part is ergonomically designed, and the manual/automatic mode control can be completed, and the driving and loading system is provided by the customer to test the piece.
The system is divided into three parts: mechanical system, simulation support system, electrical system and host computer software system.
1.Mechanical system: the overall platform, quick clamping system, shafting connection part and other equipment.

2.Simulation support system: environmental warehouse, temperature control system and other equipment.
3.Electrical system: bidirectional drive DC power supply, sensor (torque, speed, current, voltage, vibration, temperature) real-time data acquisition system, data acquisition, current sensor acquisition, electrical parameter measurement equipment, alarm system and other equipment.
