Scheme configuration: The comprehensive system is composed of an advanced instrument control system and a user-provided pipeline system. The instrument control system includes a speed tester, pressure head tester, three-phase electrical parameter measuring instrument, LWGY turbine flow sensor, inlet and outlet pressure transmitters, pressure gauge, solenoid valve, high-power cabinet, system integration cabinet, and (manual) automatic test software.
Software Introduction:
Automatically test pump performance parameters, generating an original data table, performance curve chart, and a summary of test results. Performance curves include P-Q, H-Q, E-Q curves, and the cavitation characteristic curve.
