Key features:
1. Test items: DC resistance, insulation resistance, turn-to-turn test, withstand voltage test, no-load test, blocked rotor test
2. DC resistance: Precisely measures the motor winding resistance to ensure optimal performance.
3. Insulation resistance: Accurately tests the insulation resistance between the phase wire and the casing.
4. Inter-turn test: Evaluates for inter-turn and inter-layer short circuits, poor insulation, and out-of-tolerance conditions in motor or transformer coils.
5. Withstand voltage test: Measures the leakage current between the stator winding and the casing under high voltage. Features program-controlled voltage regulation, operable via computer.
6. No-load test: Assesses voltage, current, power, power factor, and frequency of the motor under no-load conditions (applicable for both single and three-phase motors).
7. Stall rotor test: Measures voltage, current, power, power factor, and frequency under motor stall conditions (motor's instantaneous start), suitable for both single and three-phase motors.

Cold DC resistance test: 0.01-20KΩ, divided into seven ranges (automatic ambient temperature compensation). Accuracy: 0.3 level
Insulation resistance test: 1-500MΩ, 500VDC. Accuracy: 5 levels
Insulation between impact turns: 0-3000 (5000) VP, 1/200 turns adjacent turns short circuit alarm.
Withstand voltage test: 0-3000VAC; Leakage current: 0-20mA (100mA)
Power frequency withstand voltage test: Accuracy: 3.0, program-controlled voltage, computer-regulated voltage.
Locked-rotor test: Current: 0-500A; Voltage: 0-500V. Accuracy: 0.5 level
No-load test: Current: 0-500A; Voltage: 0-500V. Accuracy: 0.5 level
